2000, 2nd Premie Friesian Gelding
Ate is a very sweet and smart gelding going on 12 years old. He has been competing in horse shows since he was 3 years old and earned a 2nd Premie as a foal. Ate has had a nearly unbeatable show record and was named Grand Champion Friesian Under Saddle.
Ate is USEF Lifetime recorded and ready to show at 2nd level, Ate is also schooling 3rd Level Movements like the half pass in trot and canter, and the flying changes. He is so much fun to ride and is very forward. Currently in full training with Julio Mendoza. Ate's price includes his custom made 17.5 inch Verhan saddle, a custom Passier & Sohn Double bridle, and a Cordoba Snaffle Bridle, both bridles have Herm Sprenger Aurigan bits, saddlepads, coolers, boots and blankets.
** On January 8th, 2012 -
Ate and Julio earned a 74.48% and a 1st Place at 1st Level Test 1
At First Level test 2 they earned a 74.86%,
1st Place and high Score of the day ! With three 9's in the test!
Ate has exceptional ground manners. He is very patient in the cross ties and loves to be groomed and loved on. He is very affectionate and gets along great with others in the pasture. Ate does great for the farrier and a wonderful traveler on the trailer.
